LANDING PAGE

1. Top Priority:

  • Create 5–10 second looping video teasers in small windows to showcase the platform. (layout only)

  • Develop a visual demo or introduction that users can watch on their own time. (layout only)

  • Improve and reorganize the Features section, placing it prominently on the homepage.


2. Secondary Priority:

  • Design “cards” to highlight different use cases.

  • Generate additional tagline phrases.

  • Build separate pages where necessary.

  • Update the header for clarity and usability.


3. If Time Allows:

  • Highlight integrations with other apps through icons and short explanations.

  • Add a Pricing page.

  • Add a prominent FAQ page.






 

ONBOARDING

1. Top Priority:

  • Enable two-factor authentication, password strength validation, and email confirmation. (layout only)

  • Implement a loading response after users submit information.


2. Secondary Priority:

  • Streamline duplicate text for consistency.

  • Add a Welcome/Splash page upon login (e.g., “What do you want to do?”).

  • Provide a brief description of “Views,” clarifying that they are filters to sort contacts based on preference.


3. If Time Allows:

  • Prompt users to select the type of community they are creating to auto-populate relevant features.

         (This did not make it to the final design)







PLATFORM / CONTACTS
(Improving UX for adding/importing contacts: views, profiles, property info, invitations)

1. Top Priority:

  • Redesign key buttons to be more visible and appropriately labeled/colored.

  • Make the Roles button accessible directly from the Contacts page (instead of being hidden under “Add Contacts” or “Settings”), with quick examples of how each role is used.

  • Display default properties upfront rather than behind dropdowns.

  • Reorganize the profile information layout for clarity.


2. Secondary Priority:

  • Provide clearer feedback cues when users fill out sections of the contact page (adding contacts, updating roles, etc.).

  • Add hover states that display prompts or guidance (e.g., profile stage).


3. If Time Allows:

  • Enable bulk updates of profiles/properties and invitations, with confirmation options (e.g., “Send invite to all 42 users selected?”).

  • Allow icons/glyphs to be assigned to roles.

  • Add visual indicators or previews of profile/property details on hover.

  • Build an organizational chart to display hierarchy or parent-child relationships.
